be comprehensive notes for supplementaries.

progr ramme. It will include notes on UMELCO and the

District Boards, guest lists and personality notes. We

also envisage preparing a background note on Hong Kong's

economic and commercial performance.

Prime Minister will deliver to the joint meeting of EXCO

and LEGOO, and sheld let you have a draft in good time.
