There are two small mistakes in the Explanatory Memorandum.

In

the second sentence about clause 1 for "section" read "clause".

And in the last sentence about paragraph 2 of the Schedule for

"section" read "paragraph".

In paragraph 3(2) of the Schedule I will make the addition mentioned

in my letter to Esdale of 18 December of which I sent you a copy.

You will not have forgotten the need to obtain Queen's consent

so that it can be signified on Second Reading.
