as soon as possible on what basis their remuneration will

be calculated.

5. There will naturally also be other items of

expenditure, such as the subsistence, accommodation and

travel costs of the UK-based Monitor. Our Finance

Department have asked me to record that it is their

intention to find all the required expenditure within

present cash limits, taking into account any adjustments

to that limit that might need to be made to cope with

exchange rate fluctuations and inflation differentials.
