a copy of a revised draft agreement.

a resume of the thirteenth round of talks.

I also attach a copy of Hong Kong telno 1178 giving the Governor's assessment of the current mood in Hong Kong. He reports growing underlying anxiety which is reflected in the forthcoming visit to London by UMELCO members to lobby MPs before the House of Commons debate.
