7 December you both attended a meeting, chaired by Mr Donald, at which we discussed with officials from the Department of Transport the preparation of Working Papers on Shipping and Civil Avialtion in Hong Kong after 1997.

My re-draft of the Paper. I think that my amendments are self-explanatory. Most are designed to bring the Paper more in line with the "house style".
