In order to facilitate timely preparation for the forth- coming Senior Officials Mceting in Barbados, I would be grateful if you could transmit the enclosed Annotated Agenda Letter to your capital by the speediest means possible. On the basis of past attendance at these meetings it would no doubt be useful to ensure that the letter is transmitted both to the Permanent Head of your Ministry of External/Foreign Affairs and to the Permanent Head of the office of your Head of Government; an additional copy of the letter is enclosed for this purpose.
