Future Business

The purpose of this letter is to seek your assistance again in

producing a forecast of business likely to come forward from your

Department to the Cabinet or a Cabinet Ministerial Committee on

the Defence and Ovesea side (other than European Community matters)

in the period from January to the end of March (ie Easter Recess 1985).

2. It would be helpful if your forecast could be in the following

form:-

(a)

subject (with indication of how certain it is, or

upon what circumstances it depends);

(b)

month in which it is likely to come forward;

(c)

Ministerial Committee involved.
