HONG KONG AGREEMENT: REGISTRATION AT THE UN
1. Mr Luce has seen a copy of Mr Galsworthy's submission of 12 December. He agrees with the recommendation that the Secretary of State should explore the possibility of joint registration when he sees the Chinese Foreign Minister in Peking. He considers that joint registration would be symbolically valuable.
