3. UMELCO MANIFESTO
The manifesto is entirely a UMELCO initiative. Neither the
Hong Kong Government nor the British Government were consulted
about the issuing of the statement or its contents. Points
in manifesto reflect concern of UMELCO members. Natural
that they should wish to give their views to MP's before
the debate on 16 May.
