HKD are preparing a submission: but it may not be ready before you leave for Brunei and Hong Kong. Mr Clift will be able to report on the Department's thinking;

Same considerations as (ii) apply;

Public Presentation

A revised paper has gone to No 10;

LEGCO Debate on the Future, 14 March

vi)

Mr Clift will report. This will require careful handling, One result of it has been that Sir E Youde has cancelled his own visit here at that time for the HK/Harrods promotion;
