The PUS's Private Secretary sent me a copy of a letter from Mr Coles in No. 10 to Mr Fall. It appears from my copy that you have been asked to take action.

2.

You should know that Sydney has no cypher communications. They operate on unclassified telex only through Darwin to Hanslope Park. Any messages which require cypher would have to be handed in in some manner to Canberra.

As I mentioned to you on the tele-

phone, if the material is of a particularly sensitive nature,

should favour its travelling by cypher telegram.
