TRAVEL DETAILS
The Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs and those shown at Appendix I will depart
LHR Southside for Hong Kong at 1115 local time (GMT + 1) on Wednesday 25 July.
They will travel in an RAF VC10 aircraft task number 1188.
Flying time LHR (Southside) Hong Kong is 20 hours 50 minutes including stops at Bahrain and Colombo. Passengers are asked to arrive at Southside at the times shown in Appendix II.
BOXES, BRIEFCASES (AND LUGGAGE IF REQUIRED)
The
A FCO security van accompanied by a FCO Security Officer has been reserved for the journey to LHR Southside. van will leave the FCO at 0845 on Wednesday 25 July.
FCO confidential boxes and luggage can be left in room 1 (Security) Downing Street West, FCO, any time up to 0800 on Wednesday 25 July.
(c) Luggage whether taken by the FCO Security Officers, or
otherwise, should be left unlocked for the RAF inspection.
