CHINESE AMBASSADOR'S LUNCH FOR THE SECRETARY OF STATE: 13 APRIL

You asked for advice on the officials who might accompany the Secretary of State to lunch with the Chinese Ambassador on Friday, 13 April. You explained that the Chinese Ambassador wished to entertain those officials who would be accompanying the Secretary of State to Peking, together with any other officials closely concerned with the negotiations.
