My right hon. Friend the Leader of the House will announce our pro- posals for a two-day debate immediately after the Easter Recess. What I have said this afternoon, including the announcement of the Government's decision, means that, for that parliamentary debate, the case now rests, and thereafter, following the referendum campaign, the case will then rest for the people to decide.
