On the programme in Korea, the Secretary of State would prefer to undertake option C on Monday 23 April. Since we shall be in the region anyway, he wonders whether Mr Spreckley could accept our arriving on the evening of Sunday 22 April and then undertaking option C, including a reception for the British community, throughout the day on 23 April.
