PA RECEPTION TO BE HOSTED BY THE GOVERNOR AND UNOFFICIAL MEMBERS OF THE EXECUTIVE AND LEGISLATIVE COUNCILS OF HONG KONG ON 3 DECEMBER AT LANCASTER HOUSE: 6 TO 7.30 P.M.

1. The Minister and recipients of this minute, may like to see a copy of the guest list for the Reception to be hosted by the Governor and Unofficial Members of ExCo and LegCo on 3 December. The ticks are

acceptances so far known as given to me by the HK Government Office who issued the invitations.

2. GHF are running this exceptionally on a repayment basis from the HKG.

3. Col Durrant in Protocol has his copy in case he feels this calls for extra security precautions.
