255 Mr T. H. H. Skeet (North Bedfordshire): To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, what discussions he has had with the unofficial members of the Hong Kong executive and legislative councils about the possible conflict between the grant of limited rights under the British Nationality Act 1981 to Hong Kong citizens and the rejection of dual nationality under Article 3 of the Chinese Nationality Law of 10th September 1980.
