2. Attached is a copy of the UN Compilation of Human Rights Instruments. I have marked on the Contents page the covenants and conventions that the UK has ratified. The total is now 17; I had not counted in my previous minute one UNESCO and three ILO Conventions which the UN Secretariat have included as Human Rights Instruments.

A copy of the contents page (only) is attached for copy addressees.

According to my reckoning, but NTD may be able to confirm, the UK entered reservations or interpretative statements of some sort on numbers 2, 3, 9, 28, 29, 30, 31, 39, 40.
