Amendment of Clause XIV.
3.
Clause XIV of the principal Instructions
is amended by inserting, immediately after "ex officio Member" where it first appears, the following
"or an Elected Member".
Deletion and substitution of Clause XVI.
4.
The principal Instructions are amended
by deleting Clause XVI and substituting the following
"Tenure of
Office of
Appointed
Members of Legislative Council.
XVI. (1) Every Appointed.
Member of the Legislative Council
shall vacate his seat on dissolution
