members of the Council.
(3) An election for all the Elected
Members of the Legislative Council in
accordance with a Law in that behalf in
force in the Colony shall be held within
three months of the coming into operation
of the Hong Kong Additional Instructions
1985 and thereafter within three months of
any dissolution of the said Council.
Elections for casual vacancies amongst
the Elected Members shall be held in
accordance with such laws.
(4) The consideration of a Bill or
other business of the Legislative Council
shall not be affected by a dissolution
of the said Council and such consideration
may be continued at the next session of
the said Council as if the said
dissolution had not taken place".
Amendment of Clause XXVI of Ito principal Instructions
10.
Clause XXVI of the principal Institutions
is amended by adding, immediately following item 10
thereof, the following new item:·
"11. Any Bill relating to the Legislative Council
