(b)
such persons as shall be appointed
by, or in accordance with, any
Instructions under Our Sign Manual
and Signet (hereinafter called
"appointed Members"); and
(c)
such persons as shall be elected
in accordance with those
Instructions (hereinafter called
"elected Members").

(2) Elected Members shall hold their
places in the said Council in accordance with
any Instructions under Our Sign Manual and
Signet.
(3) (a)
Appointed Members shall hold
their places in the said Council
during Our pleasure.
(b)
The Governor may upon sufficient
cause to him appearing suspend
from the exercise of his functions in
the said Council any appointed
Member thereof pending the signifi-
cation of Our pleasure, giving
immediate notice to Us through one

of Our Principal Secretaries of State.
