(Chapter 366)

DECLARATION OF DISTRICTS ORDER 1984

Made by the Governor in Council under section 3

Citation.

1. This order may be cited as the Declaration

of Districts Order 1984.

Declaration of Districts. Schedule.

2. Each area named in the second column of the

Schedule and delineated on the map specified opposite

thereto in the third column of the Schedule is

declared to be a District for the purposes of the

Ordinance.

Revocation of existing order. (Cap. 366, sub. les.)

3. (1) Subject to sub-paragraph (2), the

Declaration of Districts Order is revoked.

(2) The Districts declared immediately before

the commencement of this order shall continue in

existence for the purposes of the District Boards

established therefor on 1 April and 1 October 1982,

and in particular and without limiting the

generality of the foregoing, nothing in sub-

paragraph (1) shall affect
