No elector would be allowed to vote in more than one functional constituency.

(e) the qualifications to be a candidate for election to the Legislative Council by a functional constituency should be -

(i) registration on the electoral roll of

that constituency,

(ii) aged 21 or over, and

(iii) ordinarily resident in Hong Kong for a

minimum period of ten years.

Public officers will not be eligible to be candidates.
