1. When Mr Luce saw Denis Healey MP this afternoon (see my separate minute), the latter asked us to ensure that he received his copy of the Green Paper in good time. I would be grateful if you would ensure, in consultation with Parliamentary Unit, that copies are delivered first thing to Messrs Healey and Robertson of the Labour Party, and to Mr Steel and Dr Owen for the Alliance.
