Legislative Council (Powers and Privileges)

30. The powers of the Council and the Speaker under this Ordinance shall be supplementary to any powers conferred by the Gibraltar (Constitution) Order 1964 or any Order in Coun- cil amending or replacing them or Standing Orders.

31. Neither the Council, the Speaker nor any officer shall be subject to the jurisdiction of any court in respect of the exer- cise of any power conferred on or vested in the Council, the Speaker or such officer by or under this Ordinance.
