to this Act, the words "Director of Public Pro- secutions" shall be substituted for the words "Attorney-General", wherever the latter words
appear.
3. The Attorney-General (Powers) Ordi. nance is hereby repealed without prejudice to anything done or suffered thereunder, or any right, privilege, obligation or liability acquired, accrued or incurred thereunder.
