Mr Robert Parry (Liverpool, Riverside): To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, what recent consideration has been given to the amendment of the Hong Kong constitution to provide for: (a) a government responsible to an elected legislature, and (b) an elected urban council; and what representations have been made by the Government of the People's Republic of China on these issues.
