Advisers, who agrees that 'China-based' should be deleted before 'officers' in sub-paragraphs 2 (3) and (4) of the draft Understanding in tel no 435 of 12 July to Peking, and that the words 'and staff members' should be deleted from sub-paragraph 2 (5). In addition, Mr Hill has produced the enclosed draft of an additional sub-paragraph 2 (7) defining the term 'officers'.
