Dear

VISIT OF MR ROBERT FUNSETH (STATE DEPARTMENT) AND MR R PAIVA (US MISSION GENEVA)

As you know we have been making arrangements for Mr Robert Funseth to call on departments in the FCO on Wednesday 2 November, to discuss Indo-Chinese and other refugee problems. I understand that Mr Funseth will be accompanied by Mr Paiva and yourself. would be very pleased if you could all join me and David Peate for lunch, at the end of the morning session, at the Colosseo restaurant off St Martin's Lane, which you know.

We have suggested the following programme of discussions with deparments. Mr Peate will accompany you throughout and you should arrive initially at the main FCO entrance through King Charles Street.
