Dear Colleague,

Lord McNair has handed me a letter from the Hong Kong Christian Service concerning a project aimed at resettling Indochinese refugees in Canada at the rate of 5000 per year and called for this reason Project 5000.

Lord McNair and I have thought it worthwhile calling your attention to this concrete endeavour which will be included in the agenda of the next meeting of the full Committee to be held in Paris on November 7.
