In circumstances where other desirable solutions are not
possible, the UNHCR has a triple role to play: to protect the
assist them and resettle them. Hong Kong consistently helps HCR to do the first two. What we are asking today is what is being done to help Hong Kong and what is UNHCR doing on the third.
