the acquisition, disposal, dealing in, pledging and re-

purchasing and movement of securities, investments, cash, valuables and other assets by the Carrian Group or by the Carrian Related Parties or any of them;

the circumstances under which shares in or properties of the Carrian Group were acquired, sold, pledged, exchanged or sold and re-purchased;

the events leading up to the proposed rescheduling of the Carrian Group's debts;*,

the circumstances of all loan agreements or guarantees of loans extended between any of the said Groups or Parties;
