means the directors and officers of the companies comprised in the Eda Group including their spouses, families or any of their nominees or agents or any companies, together with their subsidiaries, associated or related companies, controlled or managed by them or any of them.

In accordance with the powers contained in Section 127 of the Securities Ordinance Cap. 333 the Securities Commission hereby appoints

Mr. Michael Johnson, Chartered Accountant of Arthur Andersen & Co., as Inspectors to investigate and report on allegations of breach of trust, defalcation, fraud or misfeasance concerning the relationship between the Eda Group and the Carrian Group, concerning the Carrian Group and concerning the Carrian Related Parties as well as matters concerning dealings in securities and to report to the Securities Commission more particularly on the matters set out in the Schedule hereto.
