additional supply of private
sector property, in terms of the total usable floor area of all buildings completed, was 844 000 square metres. This represents an increase of 9% compared with the third quarter of last year.
Taking the first nine months together, the increase was 10%.
The situation, however, varied tremendously between different
types of property, as the following table indicates.
