An article in the 'Financial Times' on 25 November, entitled 'Hong Kong Prepares for Bond Debut'' caught our eye. I enclose a copy for ease of reference: You will see it suggests that you are working on plans for a substantial bond issue on the domestic market, relating to expenditure on capital projects.
