It will clearly not be possible for Mr Stewart to say very much under each of these headings in the time available,

I should be grateful, however, if Departments, could suggest two or three points for the item(s) which fall(s) to them and

which are likely to be of interest and relevance to the Commanders in Chief. As the Under Secretary responsible for supervising DS11, Mr Stewart has some knowledge of many of the above items but would welcome steers from us on the main points he should make.
