LORD RHODES

Mr Luce saw Lord Rhodes briefly at the House of Commons this afternoon to discuss his visit to China. The conversation was mostly very general. The only point I should record is that Mr Luce agreed that Lord Rhodes could be given an appropriate brief on Hong Kong before he sets off (date as yet undetermined). I would be grateful if you could take this on as and when Lord Rhodes gets in touch.
