Since it was drafted Sir S Y Chung has raised the same point at a meeting with the Secretary of State this morning. According to the draft record Mr Pym said that he would consider this but that there were obvious constraints on sharing

although he acknowledged that the record of the Unofficials in keeping confidential what they were told had been good.
