1. Can you please do a bit of research to find out when and where the Hongkong flag (as opposed to the Union flag) is flown in Hong Kong?

3. There is also, I believe, a Governor's flag; but presumably this is only flown on his residence, and maybe on his official car and boat. Research Department might also be able to help and the HK Handbook may provide some clues.
