I enclose the text of a self-explanatory letter from Mr Samuel J Stoll, a local attorney, asking for any statements we can pass him spelling out the right to self-determination of the peoples of certain British dependent territories.
We can provide UN statements delivered by UK representatives concerning the Falklands and Belize; I should be grateful if you could obtain from the relevant departments statements on Hong Kong, Gibraltar and Northern Ireland which we could appropriately pass on to Mr Stoll.
