As you know, Protocol Department have been asked to put certain recommendations for the Secretary of State's travel next year to the Private Secretary. We have discussed the two questions to be resolved (additions to the visit to Nigeria and the Far East or Middle East for Easter) on the telephone. I now attach a draft submission and would be grateful for comments by noon Wednesday so that I can get the submission up in time for the Secretary of State's return from CHOGM
