Article 5.1. The foreigners covered by the special regime included in art. 3 will not be covered by art. 36 of decree-law 264-B/81 of 3 September, but should communicate:
a) any change of address within a deadline of 8 days
from the date of the change, whether it concerns the address in Macau or the address in Portugal, if they have both;
b) the simultaneous absence from Portugal and Macau for a period of over 90 days, before this period starts;
c) the entry into Macau or Portugal after an absence abroad
of over 90 days, which should be communicated within a deadline of 8 days as from the date of entry.
2. The information mentioned in the previous numbers may be communicated to the Foreigners' Service or to the adequate services of the administration of the territory, if the person involved is in Portugal or Macau, and the information received will then be passed between these services.
Article 6. Apart from the exceptions included in the present bill, the statute of residence in Portugal will be regulated by the regime and provisions of decree-law No 264 B/81 of 3 September.
Article 7. The enforcement of the present bill by the relevant authorities in Macau will be regulated by a bill issued in the territory, under the terms agreed by a protocol established between the Central Government and the Regional Government of Macau and signed by the Prime Minister, or the Minister responsible for relations with Macau, by the Minister for Internal Administration and by the Governor of Macau.

Any possible doubts which may arise in the enforcement of this bill and its regulation in the part concerning the competence of the Foreigners' Service will be clarified or regulated by decree, or under the provisions of the protocol referred in the previous section.
Article 8. The present bill will come into force 30 days after its publication.
