1. Mr Ivor Stanbrook MP (Bromley, Orpington) has put down the following PQ for oral answer on 13 April. It will not be reached:

'To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Common- wealth Affairs, what is the policy of Her Majesty's Government regarding the constitutional progress of dependent territories of the United Kingdom. '
