The minutes of the first meeting were read and confirmed.

A provisional questionnaire was agreed as follows:

It would be appreciated if everyone would answer all the questions in order to give the Committee all opinions on every point covered. All questions answered will be taken into account and the Committee will be guided by an analysis of the results.

Are you in favour of keeping both Legislative and Executive Councils?

If there is an Executive Council, how many members do you think there should be?
