Graduate of HKU. Joined Government in May 1969. Promoted to AOSG/B in April 1982. Has served mainly in Finance Branch and in the Recreation and Culture Department.

Mr Paul WONG Kam-chiu, JP

Aged 46. Graduate of HKU. Joined Government in April 1960 as Assistant Trade Officer. Promoted to Assistant Commissioner of Trade Industry and Customs in July. 1974 and transferred to AOSG/C in July 1982. Has served mainly in the Industry. Department.

Left January 1970. Promoted to AOSG/C in August 1975. Government in 1978 to join the private sector and rejoined Government in March 1980. Has served in a wide variety of posts, including that of Private Secretary to the Governor.

Aged 50. Joined Government in January 1959 as Executive Officer Class II. Appointed as Senior Immigration Inspector in April 1965. Promoted to Assistant Director of Immigration in August 1977. Has acted as Deputy Director of Immigration (Special Duties) since October 1981.

Mr Michael WU Wai-chung

Aged 33. Joined Government in August 1972 as Assistant Trade Officer. Promoted to Assistant Commissioner of Trade Industry and Customs in April 1981 and transferred to AOSG/C in July 1982. Has held a variety of posts in the Trade and Industry Departments.
