Meeting to Review Commonwealt: Extradition Arrangements

I thank you for your letter of 14' September addressed to Richard Margolis and which he has passed to me for my attention.

I wrote to Richard Nzerem, Assistant Director, Legal Division Commonwealth Secretariat, Marlborough House on 23 September to inform him that I would be attending the Meeting to Review Commonwealth Extradition Arrangements to be held in London between 22-26 November 1982.

With regard to your paragraph 5, I requested these statistics from the Commercial Crime Unit (who deal with extradition/rendition) of our Prosecutions Division on

16 September. I will forward this information when it is to hand.
