(x) Your Petitioner humbly submits that he acted at the

spur of the moment in circumstances which created panic

and reckless acts, degenerating into a melee in which,

the knife was used by Your Petitioner.

Your Petitioner has requested the clinical Psychologist,

Stanley Prison to prepare his Psychological Report, a copy of such

report is enclosed herewith. Accordingly to the Report, if your

Petitioner is granted a definite sentence, which can enable him

to rebuild his hopes of returning to the community.

AND by reason of all the foregoing considerations,

Your Petitioner humbly prays that Your Excellency in Council may

exercise the Royal Prerogative of Mercy for the act of Your

Petitioner by Commuting his present sentence of death and

subsituting there for one of imprisonment.

AND Your most humble Petitioner will ever pray, etc.
