Disobeys any order; i.e. you were still lying on your bed with blankets in H/I Ward cell No. 27 despite being ordered to get up for several times by the reporting officer.
Uses any abusive language; i.e. you did Say 'Til' which means 'Fucking'. "You are apparently stand on the side of prison staff, you want to place me on more disciplinary reports, go ahead!" when escorted back to cell No. 3 of H/II after the adjudication conducted by the Senior Superintendent.
In any way offends good order and discipline; i.e. you did splash a bucket of night-soil onto your cell gate and did bang the fibre- glass stool violently against the floor causing a loud noise in H Block Inward Cell No. 25.
Uses abusive language; i.e. you did say 'Diu-Li-Lo-Mo' meaning "Fuck your mother" within the hearing of the reporting officer in H Block II Ward cell No. 6.
Uses abusive language; i.e. you did say inside H Block cell No. 19 within the hearing of the reporting officer the following in Cantonese "Chan Tat Yan, Ngor Diu Lee Lo Mo, Ngor Diu Bau Lee" meaning "Chan Tat Yan, 'I fuck your mother, I fuck to burst you".
Making false and malicious allegation against an officer of the Prison Department; i.e. you did allege to A.S.P.(0) CEAN Chun-yan in cell No. 4 of H Block II ward that unnecessary force had been used on you in your cell No. 19 of H Block I ward by a member of the staff on the same day during the issue of evening meal and such allegation was subsequently proved to be false.
