The 1st and the 2nd accused were then also arrested.

The 1st accused, in a voluntary statement to the police, described the killing as follows:

" I went with Ah Yuen (the 2nd accused) to Room

1175, Hong Kong Hotel. We went to rob. We planned it beforehand - me,

and Ah Ting (the 3rd accused), altogether three persons. Ah Ting said that a Middle East man might have money and he told me and
