shall have special leave to appeal
from the said judgment of the Court
of Appeal in Hong Kong given orally
on the 15th day of July 1980 and
reduced into writing on the 4th day
of November 1980 and that the Registrar
of the Supreme Court of Hong Kong be
directed to transmit to the Privy
Council Office a certified transcript
of the proceedings in the matter in
which the said judgment was given and
that Your Majesty may be graciously
pleased to make such further or other
order as to Your Majesty may appear fit
and proper.
